Councillor Rhys Thomas - Personal - Councillor Rhys Thomas declared a personal interest in this item because he lived close to Denbigh High School and used the cycle path on a daily basis which would be adversely impacted if Ysgol Plas Brondyffryn was located on the favoured site.
