To consider a report (copy enclosed) by the Corporate
Director: Learning and Communities which provides Members with an overview of
the system for allocating funds to Member Area Groups and details of potential
future community funding. The report
also outlines proposals to develop a Denbighshire Community Endowment Fund and
seeks the Committee’s views on the effectiveness of the funding allocated to
