To consider an application for provision of external alterations, lighting and associated works (retrospective application) at Clwyd Gate Motel, Llanbedr Dyffryn Clwyd (copy attached).

To consider an application for conversion of former generator building to for one holiday accommodation unit, formation of lay-by and associated works at Outbuilding at Clwyd Gate Motel, Llanbedr Dyffryn Clwyd (copy attached).

To inform Members of objection received to provisional Tree Preservation Order (TPO) No. 1 (2024) on land at Town Hall, Castle Street, Llangollen (copy attached).

To seek the support and involvement of Member(s) in defending the Local Planning Authorities decision to refuse Planning Permission (copy attached).
