Councillor Rachel Flynn noted that she had sent her
apologies for the previous meeting but it had not been recorded. Agreement on the recommendation was by consensus.
All Committee members indicated they were in favour of the recommendation, no
one indicated they were against it and no one indicated that they wished to
abstain. It was: Resolved: - that the minutes of the Democratic Services Committee meeting held on 04 October 2019 be received and approved as a true and correct record. |
