This
decision is for the appointment of a representative of the Council to Cadwyn
Clwyd’s Board of Directors.
Decision:
I.
The
appointment of the Lead Member for Housing and Communities, Councillor Tony
Thomas as Denbighshire’s representative on the Cadwyn Clwyd Board of Directors;
and
II.
That the term of this appointment will be for the
term of the current Council unless a replacement appointment is made.
Reasons for the decision:
Cadwyn Clwyd Cyfyngedig is a Rural Development Agency that provides guidance and support to develop and diversify the rural economy in Denbighshire, Flintshire and Wrexham through governmental and private sector funding. Cadwyn Clwyd has requested a representative from Denbighshire County Council to sit on its Board of Directors.
