This decision is for the appointment of a representative of the Council to Cadwyn Clwyd’s Board of Directors.

     I.        The appointment of the Lead Member for Housing and Communities, Councillor Tony Thomas as Denbighshire’s representative on the Cadwyn Clwyd Board of Directors; and

    II.        That the term of this appointment will be for the term of the current Council unless a replacement appointment is made.

Cadwyn Clwyd Cyfyngedig is a Rural Development Agency that provides guidance and support to develop and diversify the rural economy in Denbighshire, Flintshire and Wrexham through governmental and private sector funding. Cadwyn Clwyd has requested a representative from Denbighshire County Council to sit on its Board of Directors.
