• Councillor Ann Davies - Personal - Councillor Ann Davies declared a personal interest in NHS reviews, as she was a Member on CHC and her son worked at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd Hospital as a Consultant.
• Councillor Brian Blakeley - Personal - Councillor Brian Blakeley declared a personal interest in NHS Reviews due to the fact he is a Member on CHC and his wife worked at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd.
• Councillor Geraint Lloyd-Williams - Personal - Councillor Geraint Lloyd-Williams declared a personal interest in NHS Reviews as his wife works in the x-ray department at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd.
• Councillor Jeanette Chamberlain-Jones - Personal - Councillor Jeanett Chamberlain-Jones declared a personal interest in NHS Reviews as her sister and many friends were employed at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd and she herself was a retired NHS worker.
