 Declarations of interest for agenda item 'PROGRESS REPORT ON THE DENBIGHSHIRE MOORLANDS PROJECT'

• Councillor Gareth Sandilands - Personal - During business item 6, Councillor Gareth Sandilands declared a personal interest in the discussion in his capacity as one of Denbighshire County Council’s representatives on North Wales Fire and Rescue Authority (NWFRA).
• Councillor Huw Williams - Personal and Prejudicial - Councillor Huw Williams declared both a personal and prejudicial interest in agenda item 6, as the owner of a flock that grazed on Moel Famau.
• Councillor Merfyn Parry - Personal - Councillor Merfyn Parry declared a personal interest in agenda item 6- Progress Report on the Denbighshire Moorland Project, as a ‘named grazier’ on Moel y Parc. He confirmed that he did not exercise those grazing rights or gain any financial benefits from holding the rights.
