been engaging with our Lead Member.
At the request of the Lead Member a report on the proposal to tender was presented to Cabinet Briefing on 2nd October 2023 for information. Cabinet Briefing was satisfied with the report and confirmed that in line with the Contract Procedure Rules the request for approval to go out to tender should be submitted to the Lead Member under the delegated decision process.
