{0>Ms.<}100{>Roedd Ms<0} {0>Tracey Owen was in attendance on behalf of the Applicant, Mr.<}75{>Tracey Owen yn bresennol ar ran yr Ymgeisydd Mr<0} {0>Thomas Matthew Jones who had been unable to attend due to a long standing appointment and she submitted his apologies in that regard.<}75{>Thomas Matthew Jones nad oedd yn gallu bod yn bresennol oherwydd apwyntiad hir sefydlog a chyflwynodd ei ymddiheuriad yn hynny o beth.<0}  {0>Ms.<}100{>Ms<0} {0>Owen was the Applicant’s sister and Manager/Designated Premises Supervisor at the premises.<}75{>Owen oedd chwaer yr Ymgeisydd a Rheolwr/Goruchwyliwr Dynodedig y Safle.<0}

 

{0>Ms.<}100{>Dywedodd Ms<0} {0>Owen advised that the premises would operate as a high quality exclusive wedding venue and guests would stay at the premises for the duration of the day.<}75{>Owen y byddai'r eiddo yn gweithredu fel lleoliad priodas unigryw o ansawdd uchel ac y byddai gwesteion yn aros ar y safle drwy gydol y dydd.<0}  {0>There was no intention to operate a disco/club type establishment and music would be played at a reasonable level to ensure that guests could hold a conversation.<}75{>Nid oedd unrhyw fwriad i weithredu sefydliad math disgo/clwb a byddai cerddoriaeth yn cael ei chwarae ar lefel resymol i sicrhau y gallai gwesteion gynnal sgwrs.<0}  {0>Ms.<}100{>Dywedodd Ms<0} {0>Owen also advised that immediate neighbours had been invited to a tour of the premises in order to provide reassurances regarding the calibre of the establishment and its operation and she had their full support in that regard.<}75{>Owen hefyd fod cymdogion cyfagos wedi'u gwahodd i daith o amgylch y safle er mwyn darparu sicrwydd ynglŷn â safon y sefydliad a'i weithrediad ac roedd ganddi eu cefnogaeth lawn yn hynny o beth.<0}  {0>She added that this invitation had also been extended to the objector with a view of allaying his concerns but to date he had not taken up the offer – however the invitation remained open should he wish to visit the venue in future.<}75{>Ychwanegodd fod y gwahoddiad hwn hefyd wedi’i ymestyn i’r gwrthwynebydd gyda golwg ar liniaru ei bryderon ond hyd yma nid oedd wedi derbyn y cynnig – fodd bynnag roedd y gwahoddiad yn dal yn agored pe bai’n dymuno ymweld â’r lleoliad yn y dyfodol.<0}

{0>In response to a member’s question regarding the request to delay installation of the CCTV, Ms.<}75{>Mewn ymateb i gwestiwn gan aelod ynglŷn â’r cais i ohirio gosod y TCC, dywedodd Ms<0} {0>Owen advised that it was purely for business reasons to ensure minimum disruption to guests as three events had been planned during November and December.<}75{>Owen ei fod am resymau busnes yn unig i sicrhau cyn lleied o amhariad ar westeion gan fod tri digwyddiad wedi eu trefnu yn ystod mis Tachwedd a mis Rhagfyr.<0}  {0>The optimum time for further building work and installation of the CCTV in order to ensure minimum disruption would be in January/February 2017.<}75{>Yr amser gorau ar gyfer gwaith adeiladu pellach a gosod y TCC er mwyn sicrhau cyn lleied o amhariad â phosibl fyddai Ionawr/Chwefror 2017.<0}
