(a)       gwyro oddi wrth polisi cyfredol y Cyngor i gymeradwyo’r cerbyd yn addas i’w drwyddedu fel cerbyd hacni, a

 

(b)       manyleb y polisi cyfredol yn berthnasol i’r gofyniad lleiafswm ar gyfer gofod coesau i’w adolygu cyn gynted ag y bo’n ymarferol.
