Purpose:
Extending the contractual term in
relation to the Council’s Human Resources information system with the existing
system supplier.
Decision:
To extend the contractual arrangement for the Council’s Human Resources information system for a period of three years to enable an appropriate procurement process to be undertaken.
Reasons for the decision:
The Council’s contractual arrangements for its Human Resources Management Information System expire in August 2022. Undertaking a procurement process and implementing any new system is likely to take longer than the remaining term and therefore a contract extension needs to be secured.
