Purpose:
The
appointment of a councillor to the Cadwyn Clwyd Cyfyngedig Board of Directors
as Denbighshire’s nominated representative.
Decision:
(i) The appointment of councillor Emrys Wynne, the lead Cabinet member with responsibility for rural development to the Board of Cadwyn Clwyd; and
(ii) Confirmation that the term of the appointment will be for the term of the current Council unless a replacement appointment is made.
Reasons for the decision:
Following the
local government elections in May a new appointment has been requested by the
Board.
