that Cabinet –
(a) authorises the
Corporate Director: Economic and Community Ambition in consultation with the
Lead Member for Economic Development to scrutinise
the specification in order to reduce the tender cost, and
(b) that subject to the Welsh Government confirming in writing
that they will provide 100% of the contract price the Lead Member for Economic
Development be authorised to award the contract to
the most economically advantageous tender.
